While the blog is called Oliver's Travels, my real name is Olivia, and I currently call Chicago, IL, home. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. My journey began in consulting, a career that allowed me to rack up miles and hotel points, enabling me to explore the world almost for free in my early 20s. From there, I transitioned into a tech role where I was 100% remote, giving me the freedom to work from anywhere. I embrace this opportunity fully, often working from unique and inspiring locations around the globe.
